Ingredients:
- 825g stewed peaches
- ¼ cup plain flour
- 3 tbsp. self-raising flour
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½ tsp. vanilla essence
- 500ml AlfaLite Plain
Directions:
Grease a shallow ovenproof dish, place peaches in the dish. Combine sifted flours, sugar in a bowl. Stir in AlfaLite and lightly beaten eggs, mix to a smooth batter. Pour batter over the back of a wooden spoon onto he peaches. Bake in a moderate oven for about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Serve with whipped Kreem.
