Bring the AlfaLite to the boil and add the custard powder (mix according to the instructions on packet). This should make runny custard. Chill. When cold, add Kreem powder and whip as for Kreem, when the mixture has thickened, stir in the rhubarb. Spoon into individual serving dishes and top with a blob of plain whipped Kreem and serve.
