Damaged Product and Return Policy
If any product reaches you in a damaged or spoilt condition, and we agree that it has, we will, at your request ( to be made in writing) , and following return to us by you of the damaged or spoilt product such request and return of the product to be made no later than 10 working days following delivery of the relevant product, at our option replace the product or refund the value of that product to you.
