Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp sago
- 1 cup AlfaLite Plain
- 3 oz ground almonds
- 1 tsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp marmalade
- ½ tsp bicarb Soda
- 600g mixed dried fruit
- 75g brown sugar
Directions:
Soak sago in AlfaLite overnight. Next day, mix with the rest of the ingredients and put into a greased pudding basin, cover with a lid or tinfoil and steam for three hours. Serve with custard made with AlfaLite and whipped Kreem.
