• 8 slices of raisin bread
  • 400g can peaches (drained)
  • 150ml AlfaLite Plain
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp raw sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A little icing sugar for dusting


Mix together the eggs and AlfaLite and dip the slices of bread into the mixture. Arrange them in an oval pie dish so they overlap. Pour any remaining mix over bread. Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Arrange the peaches over the bread and sprinkle the sugar mixture over them. Bake for approx. 15 minutes or until the custard is set and the top is golden brown. Dust with icing sugar and serve with whipped Kreem.
