• 500 ml AlfaLite Plain
  • 75 g short grain rice
  • 40-50 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 30 ml sherry
  • 300 ml whipped Kreem
  • 50 g flaked almonds (toasted)


Put AlfaLite, rice and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring, and simmer gently for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Leave the pan uncovered and stir in the allspice and sherry and leave to cool. Fold the whipped Kreem into the rice mixture and turn into individual serving dishes. Top with almonds. Serve chilled.
